20/03/2003 - COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH MUVITA
(Museo Vivo delle Tecnologie per l’Ambiente-the Environmental Technologies Living Museum)

The MUVITA museum is a two-floor, mostly interactive exhibition.
The Earth’s climates, ecosystems, the sea and nutrition can be experienced through games, futuristic videos and basic environmental chemical experiments for the enjoyment of children and adults alike.
Inside the museum, a very interesting and spectacular section of the exhibition has been dedicated to the sinking of the oil tanker Haven in 1991 (this is one of the most serious incidents ever happened in the history of the Mediterranean Sea).
The Biscottificio Grondona has signed an agreement with the Ecotec company, which is in charge of managing the Muvita museum and whose majority shareholder is the Genoa Province, to increase the value of the corporate image and its products within the Muvita.
In the “Ecological Workshop” of the museum, a number of steps of the Grondona production are going to be showed to the public; this is to point out the high-quality standards followed by Grondona when choosing and handling its ingredients, as well as the greatest care of the company in keeping alive Liguria’s ancient food culture in the confectionery sector (no ingredients of chemical origin are used).
